Cancellation Before Shipment:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If the order is canceled within this period, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
- If the order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, cancellation will not be possible.
- Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
- All returns are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has passed the quality check.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
- Customers can exchange items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value. If the chosen replacement item is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
- The same conditions apply for exchanges as returns (original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase).
- Customized or engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Sale items or promotional items may be non-refundable, but this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Shipping for Returns & Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and exchange or refund as per your preference.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be honored.
- Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
- Refunds may take an additional 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
